Senior Python Developer

We are looking for a talented Python Developer to build efficient, scalable and robust applications in Python. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions across a variety of projects, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance.
Skills and requirements
- Write clean, efficient and maintainable Python code across a variety of applications.
- Strong expertise in Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask, building and working with RESTful APIs and MongoDB databases.
- Proficient with Git, Docker and cloud platforms including AWS, GCP and Azure.
- Solid understanding of SOLID principles and object-oriented programming, with hands-on experience in system design, schema design and query optimisation.
- Mandatory experience with Selenium for automation and testing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Practical experience with Pandas and NumPy, data visualisation tools such as Matplotlib, and a strong foundation in statistics and probability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with frontend developers, data scientists and cross-functional teams.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Python development.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in pricing, revenue management, or the aviation or travel domain.
- Knowledge of time-series forecasting and optimisation models.
- Exposure to big data tools such as Spark or Hadoop.
- Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation.
Nice to have
- Experience with APIs and microservices.
- Basic understanding of business analytics and KPIs.
- Strong communication skills.
